Coaching with Purpose, Not Just Passion
I believe ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s a unique way of thinking that comes with both challenges and strengths. When we learn to understand how our brains work and put supportive tools and habits in place, we can start to turn some of those struggles into real assets. Many bright, creative, and talented individuals find themselves battling procrastination, overwhelm, and disorganisation—not because they’re not capable, but because traditional systems simply weren’t designed with the ADHD brain in mind.
You are not lazy. You are not broken.
You just need the right approach to work with your brain, not against it. That’s why I do this work—to help you break free from frustration and unlock your full potential.
How I Help
With more than 25 years of experience in ADHD coaching, I take a personalised, strengths-based approach that focuses on practical strategies tailored to your unique brain. My method is built on:
✔ Understanding your ADHD challenges and strengths
✔ Tailoring strategies that fit your personality, lifestyle, and goals
✔ Building accountability & structure in a way that supports, not overwhelms
✔ Using real-world solutions—no one-size-fits-all advice here
As someone with ADHD, dyslexia, and dyscalculia, I deeply understand the challenges of focus, managing time, tasks and things. My lived experience (myself and as a parent of ADHDers), combined with professional expertise, allows me to help you navigate ADHD in a way that feels practical, achievable, and empowering.
What I Do
I offer 1:1 ADHD coaching for professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers who want to:
✅ Get organised and stay on top of tasks
✅ Reduce stress, procrastination, and overwhelm
✅ Improve focus, follow-through, and time management
✅ Build confidence and take control of their ADHD journey
I also provide ADHD job coaching under the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme, and I’m excited to be launching a group coaching and a membership community in 2025.
Credentials & Professional Expertise
I’m an ICF-credentialed ACC coach and a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC), bringing over 25 years of professional ADHD coaching experience to my practice.
Committed to staying at the forefront of ADHD coaching, I recently completed a rigorous, year-long advanced ADHD coach training with iACT—an ICF-accredited program designed to deepen expertise in executive function, neurodiversity, and evidence-based interventions. View my certification (HERE).
I am also a proud member of:
✔ International Coaching Federation (ICF)
✔ ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO)
As a credentialled professional, I adhere to ICF’s gold standard of ethics and practice – ensuring clients receive coaching that is structured, results-driven, and aligned with the highest industry benchmarks.
Whether youre navigating the complexities of leadership, legal practice, or high-stakes decision-making with ADHD in the mix, I offer tailored support to help you lead with clarity, focus, and purpose.
A Little About Me
When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me sailing in the Solent – a passion that’s evolved from years of crewing in yacht races, to now enjoying longer coastal passages and rallys. Sailing gives me a deep sense of focus, freedom, and renewal – qualities I bring into my coaching practice. I share my garden with a few wild hedgehogs who add a touch of everyday joy. I also love staying active outdoors and enjoy several creative hobbies that keep me inspired and balanced beyond the professional sphere.
