With a structured two month coaching programme (6 sessions). Meeting mostly weekly, we’ll build on the insights from your evaluation questionnaires to create practical strategies tailored to your unique ADHD challenges and strengths.
This programme provides the insights, support, and structure needed to help you start implementing meaningful changes in your daily life. Whether you’re looking to improve organisation, time and task management, or focus, gain more insight in understanding your unique executive functions, this programme is designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and consistency in your progress.
