ADHD Life & Business Coaching for clients across Surrey and the UK. Born and raised in Surrey, now based on the border in East Grinstead, working with Surrey clients on Zoom. No commute required.
You searched for someone local. Someone who understands what working life in Surrey actually looks like, between the school run, the train to Victoria or London Bridge, and the inbox that never quits. You also wanted real expertise, not a productivity hack dressed up as coaching.
Surrey roots, working everywhere
I grew up in Surrey, in a village near Caterham, and went to school there. Some of my best childhood memories are summer holidays at the Purley Way open-air swimming pool, walks over Kenley Common, and music gigs in Croydon and London where I saw many of the famous rock bands of the era. I am now based just across the border in East Grinstead, but Surrey is where I grew up, and Surrey clients are part of my regular caseload.
I first qualified in December 1999 and have kept training ever since: my Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) qualification with The International ADHD Coach Training Centre (iACT), my ICF-ACC credentialling, a recent Group Coaching course with Barefoot Coaching, and study in Malaga and Rotterdam.
I work with ADHD and AuDHD professionals across Surrey and beyond. My Surrey clients have come from Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Redhill, Epsom, Ashtead, Caterham, Dorking, Farnham, Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, and the towns and villages between. They have also come from London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Dublin, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Lisbon.
We work on Zoom. Same depth, same coaching, less commuting.
You wanted local. You didn’t want the commute.
When you typed “ADHD coach Surrey” into Google, you were looking for someone who understands the area. Someone who knows what a 90-minute commute to Victoria or London Bridge does to your nervous system, what running a small business in Guildford really takes, what a school run in Cobham looks like before 8am.
You were not looking to add another car journey or train fare to your week.
Virtual coaching gives you the local understanding without the travel. We meet on Zoom for 45 minutes, weekly or fortnightly, from your sofa or your office. The coaching that used to mean a drive into London now happens in the time it takes you to make a cup of tea.
The Surrey clients I work with
Surrey is home to a lot of high-pressure professionals. Many of my Surrey clients are City solicitors and barristers commuting in from Guildford, Woking, Cobham, or Reigate, juggling a demanding caseload with a family life that does not pause for billable hours.
I also work with Surrey medical professionals. GPs, consultants, dentists, and other clinicians who carry an enormous load and rarely get the support they themselves would prescribe to a patient.
And I work with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs running businesses across Surrey, from the consultancies in Guildford and Farnham to the agencies in Reigate and Dorking. Different lines of work, same brain pattern: a sharp mind, a long to-do list, and a lifetime of being told to try harder.
If you are a partner at a Surrey law firm whose admin is starting to slip, a clinician brilliant with patients and chaotic everywhere else, or an entrepreneur juggling everything yourself, my coaching is built for the way your brain works.
What the coaching looks like
Most clients start with a free 20-minute Discovery Session. We talk about what is going on in your life and your business, whether coaching is the right fit for you, and which programme suits where you are.
If we go ahead, sessions are 45 minutes on Zoom. Weekly works best, fortnightly works too. We meet in programmes so you have a clear container of time and a defined outcome at the end.
You can see the current programmes on my Services page.
Why my clients trust me
I have been an ADHD Life & Business Coach for 26+ years. I am ICF-ACC credentialled. I have ADHD myself, so the coaching comes from lived experience as well as training and qualifications.
I am not going to teach you a productivity hack you have tried and abandoned three times. I am going to help you build a way of working that fits the brain you actually have.
“Linda has been a great help with finding tools and approaches to help with some of the issues that come from living with ADHD, as well as encouragement to build the habits that help things stay effective.”
Tina, Software Engineer
“With Linda’s help, I made changes to my work and other aspects of life which enabled me to pass the probationary period in my new job, having lost my previous one for reasons related to ADHD.”
Paul, Educational Psychologist

Frequently asked questions about ADHD coaching in Surrey
Click on a question to reveal the answer.
Do you offer in-person coaching in Surrey?
No, all my coaching is on Zoom. It means no commute, no travel time, and the same depth of work whether you are in Guildford, Cobham, Reigate, or anywhere else in Surrey.
Are you based in Surrey?
I grew up in Surrey and live just over the border in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Surrey clients are part of my regular caseload.
What parts of Surrey do you work with?
All of it. My Surrey clients have come from Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Redhill, Epsom, Ashtead, Caterham, Dorking, Farnham, Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, and the towns and villages between. Because we meet on Zoom, your location within Surrey makes no difference.
Can ADHD coaching be funded if I live in Surrey?
Yes. Funding through Access to Work is available to UK residents who qualify. Some employers fund coaching through CPD or wellbeing budgets. Most clients pay privately.
Do you work with clients outside Surrey?
Yes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally. Sessions are scheduled in UK time.
Why only Zoom, not in person?
Online sessions have given my clients more consistency, less travel time, and the freedom to do coaching from a place they feel comfortable. The work is the same, the depth is the same, only the commute is missing.
