ADHD Coaching: Investment and What’s Included

The price is the easy bit. What matters is what you actually get for your money, and whether it fits your situation.

Below are all the ways to work with me right now, with what each one includes. If you are not sure where to start, begin with the free Discovery Session.

Start with a free Discovery Session

If you are seriously considering 1:1 coaching, this is the conversation to have first. A free 20-minute Zoom call to discuss whether we are the right fit before either of us commits. It is how every coaching engagement begins.

Discovery Session
Free, no obligation

A relaxed conversation to see whether coaching could help.

  • 20 minutes on Zoom, free
  • Talk about what is going on for you right now and the patterns you keep running into
  • Explore whether coaching fits your situation
  • Ask me anything about how I work
  • If it is not the right fit, I will tell you and suggest alternatives

Both are 1:1 ADHD coaching on Zoom with me. Sessions are 45 minutes, every week or bi-weekly. You set the agenda, and we work on what matters to you. The difference is depth and duration.

Three ways your coaching might be funded

Privately funded. All cards and Apple Pay, in multiple currencies. Handled securely by Stripe.

Funded by your employer. Many UK employers fund ADHD coaching through CPD budgets, wellbeing programmes, or DEI initiatives. I provide invoiced sessions and can speak with your HR or manager directly if helpful. See my page for Employers.

Funded by Access to Work. If you have an Access to Work funding award, I can take on that arrangement. See my Access to Work guide.

If your coaching is funded through Access to Work or your employer, the rate is different from the private rates shown above. Tell me at your Discovery Session and we will work out the right arrangement.

What every coaching client receives

  • 1:1 ADHD coaching on Zoom with me, an ICF-ACC credentialled coach coaching since 2000, with lived experience of ADHD
  • Full ADHD Toolkit access throughout your programme
  • Executive Function Strength Profile (included with every programme)
  • Email reminders before every session
  • PDF session summaries after every session

Frequently asked questions

Click on a question to reveal the answer.

How long does coaching last and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 45 minutes on Zoom. Weekly is recommended, fortnightly works too. The longest gap I work with is one month between sessions.

Do I have to pay upfront, or can I pay per session?

Evolution and Momentum are paid in full at the start of your programme. If paying upfront is genuinely difficult, tell me at your Discovery Session and we can discuss options.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

You can reschedule any session up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, the session counts but I will do everything I can to find a new time within the same week.

What results can I expect from coaching?

That depends on what you bring. Most clients see a noticeable shift in the patterns they are working on within the first six sessions, and lasting change by the end of their programme.

Can I switch from Evolution to Momentum partway through?

Yes. We can upgrade Evolution into Momentum at any point during your programme, and you only pay the difference.

What happens after my coaching programme ends?

You keep your Executive Function Strength Profile PDF and your session notes. You can take a break or come back for more coaching later.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally, on Zoom. Sessions are scheduled in UK time.

Choosing the right coach

Cost and funding are part of the picture. The other part is finding a coach who is properly qualified in ADHD coaching, not a general coach who has added it to a list of services. My guide on how to find a properly qualified ADHD coach covers the credentials to look for, the questions to ask, and the red flags to walk away from.

“It is entirely possible to be high performing with ADHD, but it is not easy. Working with Linda has meant clearer thinking, better boundaries, and far less reactivity.”

— “Mark”, Partner at a major law firm
