If you are seriously considering 1:1 coaching, this is a free 20-minute conversation on Zoom to find out if it’s right for you. Whether you have ADHD, AuDHD, or are still figuring things out, we will talk through what is currently feeling challenging, what you would like to be different, and whether coaching feels like the right fit.
Coaching is where we make sense of how your brain actually works, then build the tools, habits and systems that fit it, for your whole life, not just your job.
If it does, I will walk you through how I work and what the next steps would look like.
Think of it as the conversation before the coaching: a chance to see whether we are a good fit and whether this is your right next step. The tools, the strategies and the real work begin once we both decide to go ahead.
A quick, honest note before you book. Coaching is where we build the tools, habits and systems that fit your brain. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If I think you need that kind of support first, I will say so kindly and point you in the right direction. Coaching will still be here when the time is right, and for many people it sits comfortably alongside therapy.
Book a time that works for you and we will take it from there.
“After just 4 weeks of coaching my quality of life improved immensely. Linda’s gentle input slowly built into lasting improvements in my life.”
— Dr. D. M., NHS Doctor
What happens on the Zoom call
- We’ll say hello and I’ll ask what’s bringing you here
- We’ll talk through what’s happening for you at the moment and what you want to change
- You don’t need to prepare anything or have your story polished
- I’ll explain how I work and what coaching with me looks like
- If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps. If not, that’s completely fine
No pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to see if working together feels right.
Applying through Access to Work?
I hold a small number of Access to Work places at any one time, so please get in touch through my contact page before booking and I will tell you honestly if I have space.
It is worth waiting until your award has been agreed before we speak, so we know what your actual award is. If you would rather not wait, you can start privately now and we can look at how your award fits in once you know what it is.

A quick tip
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation and your Zoom session link.
To make sure they land in your main inbox, add linda@theadultadhdcoach.com to your contacts.
Quick step-by-step whitelist instructions here, if it would help.
Discovery Session questions
Click on a question to reveal the answer.
Is it really free? What’s the catch?
Yes, genuinely free, and there is no catch. The Discovery Session is how we both find out whether working together makes sense. I would rather you take 20 minutes to find out before either of us commits to anything.
Will I feel pressured to sign up for coaching?
No. If coaching feels right, I will explain how we would work together and what the next steps look like. If it does not, that is completely fine. The call ends warmly either way.
What if I am not sure I am ready for coaching yet?
That is a perfectly good reason to book. Part of what we will work out together is whether now is the right time, or whether something else (more information, a different kind of support, a bit more thinking time) would serve you better first.
What if I have not been formally diagnosed?
You are welcome. Whether you have ADHD, AuDHD, are waiting for an assessment, or are still figuring things out, this conversation is for you. Many of the people I work with have a similar story.
What if you do not think we are a good fit?
I will tell you honestly, kindly, and (where I can) point you toward someone or something that might suit you better. The Discovery Session exists exactly so neither of us spends time or money on the wrong thing.
What if I am coming via Access to Work?
Access to Work clients are very welcome, and I regularly support people through this route. To maintain a high-quality, personalised service, I work with a limited number at any one time, so availability can vary.
Access to Work funding can take many months to come through, and over a year if you are self-employed. It is worth waiting until your award has been agreed before we speak, so we know what your actual award is. If you would rather not wait, you can start privately in the meantime and we can look at how your award fits in once you know what it is.
Once you have your award letter, please send me the following through my contact page, so I can tell you quickly whether I have space and what I can offer:
- Approved hours
- Award end date
- Total award amount
- Any start-by deadline
