ADHD Coaching that works with your brain, not against it
Two ways to work with me. Both are 1:1 ADHD coaching online. The difference is depth and duration.
You have spent years trying to keep up. You build systems, abandon them, and rebuild them slightly differently. You promise yourself this week will be the one where you finally get on top of things.
By Wednesday afternoon you are firefighting again.
That is not a willpower problem. The way most productivity advice is written assumes a brain that yours does not have. One-to-one coaching is where you stop trying to fit yourself to a system that was built for someone else, and start building one that fits how your brain actually works.
Programmes
Both programmes are one-to-one online coaching with Linda, tailored to your goals. The difference is depth and time.
Every programme also includes ADHD Toolkit access, the Executive Function Strength Profile, session summaries, and an optional follow-up session. See what’s included →
All coaching starts with a free Discovery Session
The Discovery Session is the conversation to have if you’re considering 1:1 coaching. We’ll explore which programme fits your situation, and whether working together feels right.

How is it funded?
Three funding routes, each with a slightly different scope.
- Pay yourself privately: Most clients fund their own coaching directly. Rates and programmes shown above.
- Funded by Access to Work: ATW funds Specialist ADHD Job Coaching or Coping Strategies Coaching. See ADHD coaching with Access to Work →
- Funded by your employer: Work-focused coaching commissioned by HR, a line manager, or a Reasonable Adjustments officer, with a specific workplace remit. See coaching for employers →
Who this is for
Both programmes are for adults who want a practical partnership to build a life and a way of working that fits how their brain actually works.
People who get the most from coaching tend to be:
- Adults with ADHD who are tired of strategies that work for everyone else but stop working for them
- Adults who suspect ADHD and want to understand themselves better, with or without a diagnosis
- Neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, midlife, perimenopause, grief or any other season that has changed how their brain feels
- Adults navigating demanding or high-pressure careers who want to work with their brain rather than against it
- Anyone who has tried “trying harder” and is ready for something that actually fits
What clients say
“My time with Linda has probably been one of the most transformational periods of my life. After being recently diagnosed, Linda helped me distinguish what was and wasn’t my ADHD and in the case of the former she taught me useful strategies to help me overcome or deal with them.”
Emma, Communications Manager
“Having ADHD is like owning a Ferrari with slightly unreliable brakes. What Linda does is help you learn how to drive it: how to handle the speed, manage the risks, and enjoy the performance.”
“Mark”, Partner at a Major Law Firm

Frequently asked questions

Which programme is right for me?
Most people pick Evolution if they want to clear a specific block or build a working system in a focused window. Momentum suits adults who want sustained change across several areas, with the time and depth that needs. The Discovery Session is the place to talk it through, but there is no wrong answer.
Can I extend Evolution or move to Momentum?
Yes. Many Evolution clients extend with another six sessions when they want to keep going. Some convert to Momentum from the start once they see how much there is to work on. We talk about what suits during the Discovery Session.
What happens when the programme ends?
Many clients keep going with more sessions or move from Evolution into Momentum for deeper work. You can also book an optional 30-minute follow-up session as a thank-you for sharing feedback about your experience.
How does the Discovery Session work?
It is a 20-minute Zoom conversation, free, with no commitment. We talk about what you are working with, what you would like to be different, and whether coaching with me is a good fit. You leave with clarity either way.
Can I pay in instalments?
Both programmes are paid in full at the start, securely via Stripe. All major cards, multiple currencies, and Apple Pay are accepted. There is no instalment option at the moment.
How often are sessions?
Weekly is recommended for most people. Fortnightly works too if your schedule is tighter. We agree the pace together at the start, with a maximum gap of one month between sessions to keep momentum.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many of my clients are diagnosed, many are exploring whether they might have ADHD, and many are AuDHD or otherwise neurodivergent. We work with how your brain actually behaves, not with a label.
Are sessions in person or online?
All sessions are on Zoom, so we can work together wherever you are in the UK or internationally.
