ADHD Coaching Through Your Business

A founder starting the day early: standing at the kitchen window with a mug as dawn light comes in, with an open planner, fountain pen and closed laptop waiting on the wooden table.

For founders, entrepreneurs, business owners and directors whose coaching is paid for by the business.

If you run a business, your brain is the business. The planning, the follow-through, the money admin, the saying no: it all runs on executive function, and ADHD changes how that works. Coaching is not a perk here. It is infrastructure.

I am Linda Fox, an ICF-ACC credentialled ADHD Life and Business Coach, coaching since 2000. I work with ADHD and AuDHD founders, entrepreneurs and business owners across the UK and internationally, on Zoom. This page explains how coaching works when your business pays, what it costs, and how to get started today.

Coaching that works on the business, through you

Sessions are 45 minutes on Zoom, and you set the agenda. For business owners that usually means the business is on the table from day one: procrastination and the follow-through that keeps slipping, the money admin you avoid, organisation, pricing decisions, delegation, and the boundaries that protect your best hours. Underneath all of it sit your executive functions, and your Executive Function Strength Profile shows us exactly where to start.

And because running a business is never only about the business, we work on your whole life too: work-life balance, and the healthy habits that help you show up at your best. After every session you get a written summary of what we discussed, kept in your own private client area. What we discuss stays between us.

What becomes possible: the project that has waited months gets finished. The money admin stays current instead of piling up. Weeks feel steadier, decisions come quicker, and evenings belong to you again.

“I’ve dealt with years of admin, started working with a remote PA, and now have a more structured approach to life, which makes me feel better about the creative side I love.”

Mike, Business Owner and Creative Entrepreneur

Prefer an invoice? Many businesses pay by bank transfer. Tell me who to invoice, send a purchase order number if you use them, and I will send everything your accounts team needs.

“I’ve also learned that having systems in place massively helps me live a life of freedom. Structure creates freedom.”

Steve Whiteley, Entrepreneur, Breathe with ADHD

Paying for yourself? If you are self-employed, a freelancer, a consultant or a small business owner funding your own coaching, you belong on my personal rates. You will find them on the pricing page. If your employer is paying, start from the Employers page.

The practical bits

Pay by card and you get a receipt by email plus a downloadable invoice for your accountant. Prefer everything in the business name? Ask me for an invoice and pay by bank transfer, purchase orders welcome. Coaching is a legitimate business expense for most businesses, treated as professional development; your accountant will confirm what applies to you.

(Prices are in pounds sterling. If you are paying from outside the UK, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate.)

FAQs

Click on a question to see the answer.

Is this different from your other coaching?

It is the coaching I do best, aimed where you need it most. For business owners the work centres on how your brain runs the business: follow-through, organisation, decisions and boundaries, woven through the rest of your life too. You get everything every client receives, both profiles, ADHD Toolkit access and session summaries, invoiced at the business rate.

What happens after I pay?

You get a welcome email straight away, your client area opens, and I set up your session bookings within one working day so you can choose times that suit your diary.

I might qualify for Access to Work. Does that change things?

It might, and it is worth checking. Access to Work is a government scheme that can fund ADHD coaching for people in work, including the self-employed. I have written an honest guide to ADHD coaching through Access to Work.

Can we talk before I commit?

Yes, always. Every coaching engagement starts with a free Discovery Session, twenty minutes on Zoom, so you and I both know the fit is right before any money moves.

Considering 1:1 coaching?

If you are seriously considering one-to-one coaching, the Discovery Session is the place to start. It is a short conversation to see whether we would be a good fit to work together. Twenty minutes on Zoom, free.
