Here is the question I keep returning to
What if the answer is not to try harder? What if it is to work with your brain, not against it?
Everything I do is built on that.
This belief did not come from a textbook. I live with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia myself. The daily friction and emotional load are familiar ground.
How I coach
Practical, structured, and tailored to your goals. You set the agenda. We start with what you actually need to make happen, then look at the patterns, friction points and conditions that shape your days.
If you are AuDHD, we adapt for sensory load, processing differences and energy management. If you are a woman whose perimenopause or menopause is making focus harder, we adapt for that too.
Who I work with
Adults with ADHD and AuDHD who appear fine to other people, but are exhausted by the effort it takes to keep everything going.
Many are professionals, business owners and creatives juggling more than they can sustain. Many are women whose ADHD has been masked for decades and is now harder to compensate for.
If that sounds like you, you are exactly the sort of person I am used to supporting.
What changes for you
Coaching with me is about the things you actually want fixed. Common ones:
- Closing out the projects you’ve been carrying for months
- Finishing what you start instead of leaving it for next month
- Getting realistic about how long things actually take
- Saying no without spiralling, and protecting your energy
- Stopping the cycle of cramming, crashing, recovering, repeat
- Trusting yourself again because you keep your own commitments
Most clients describe it as a relief. Clear thinking, practical next steps, and someone in your corner.

Access to Work
ADHD job coaching is also available through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme. The work covers practical strategies for workload, priorities, boundaries and sustainable performance.
A little about me
Outside of coaching you will often find me sailing in the Solent or at the gym. I will be honest, building a regular gym habit with ADHD was not easy. I found the way that worked for me. That is what I help clients do too: find the approach that fits your brain rather than fighting against it.
I also share my garden with a few wild hedgehogs, which I love.
