A coaching client? Reflect on your sessions

Whether you are finishing coaching or still in the middle of it, this is a chance to step back and notice how things are going. Your reflections help you see your progress clearly. They also help me keep improving how I work with clients.

Toolkit: share how it has helped you

If the Toolkit has helped you, I would love to hear how. Your words might help someone else decide whether it could help them too. There are no right or wrong answers, and only the first question is required.
