Sponsor Agreement

Purpose: The Sponsor agrees to fund a block of coaching sessions for the Client provided by the Coach.
Confidentiality: The Sponsor acknowledges that the Client holds the right to confidentiality in coaching. I will only share attendance, engagement or general focus areas with the Sponsor if the Client gives prior written consent. Where coaching is funded through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme, I may confirm session attendance and funding usage with the employer or Access to Work. No session content or personal disclosures will ever be shared.
Scope and Duration: This agreement applies to the block of sessions purchased (Evolution: 6 sessions within 3 months, or Momentum: 12 sessions within 6 months). If further sessions are purchased, this agreement remains valid unless revised. Sessions are arranged directly between the Coach and the Client.
Fees and payment: Fees for coaching are as agreed at sign-up. Payment is made either via my booking system or by invoice (including purchase orders and BACS payment where required by corporate sponsors). Fees are non-refundable once sessions have started.
Respect for the Coaching Process: The Sponsor agrees to respect the Client’s autonomy and the confidential, client-led nature of the coaching process, in accordance with International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical standards.
Confirmation: By signing or submitting this form, the Sponsor agrees to the terms outlined above and understands their role in supporting the coaching engagement.

About My Role as an ADHD Life & Business Coach

As an ADHD Life & Business Coach, I support the Client in achieving personal and professional goals through focused, solution-oriented conversations.
Coaching is not therapy or advice-giving. The Client remains responsible for their own choices and actions.
Sessions are conducted with full presence and professionalism. My availability outside sessions may be limited.
Where appropriate, I may suggest tools, strategies or resources in collaboration with the Client. The Client chooses what works best for them.
If issues arise beyond the scope of coaching, I may recommend the Client seek specialist support.
Confidentiality: Even when coaching is funded by a third party, the Client’s privacy is fully protected. I will only confirm session attendance, general engagement or broad focus areas, and only if the Client has given clear written consent. No session content is shared. This aligns with the ICF Code of Ethics and protects the integrity of the coaching relationship.
AI notetaker: I may use an AI notetaker during sessions with the Client’s consent. The notetaker transcribes and summarises for the Client’s benefit only. No session content is shared with the Sponsor.
Ethical Practice: As an ICF-ACC credentialled coach, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, maintain clear professional boundaries and manage client data securely under UK GDPR (ICO Registration: ZA617709).
