Partner at a Major Law Firm
I am a family man, athlete and a partner at a major law firm. Over the years I have taken on significant management responsibilities while trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Like many adults, I was diagnosed with ADHD following a diagnosis in one of my children.
It is entirely possible to be high performing with ADHD, but it is not easy. As life becomes busier and more complex, the ADHD brain can quickly become overwhelmed.
There is no shortage of information about ADHD. If you are reading this, your Instagram feed will almost certainly be full of ADHD self-help reels. Insight alone is not the same as change.
In a senior role, coaching through work can be available. I have worked with a number of “business coaches” over the years. While helpful at times, they tend to follow standard models which, in my experience, are not well suited to the ADHD brain.
Working with Linda is different.
She understands how the ADHD brain operates. She listens to you as a whole person, not just through the lens of your job, and helps you find a way to operate more effectively while also becoming a happier, more balanced version of yourself.
For me, that has meant clearer thinking, better boundaries, and far less reactivity.
The ADHD brain is different. In many ways, it is a strength. I once read that having ADHD is like owning a Ferrari with slightly unreliable brakes.
What Linda does is help you learn how to drive it: how to handle the speed, manage the risks, and enjoy the performance.
She won’t ask you to trade it in for something more ordinary.
