A short, honest look at how ADHD shows up across your working day, and where it is quietly costing you the most.

Whether you run your own business, lead a team, or hold down a demanding role, the working day asks a lot of your brain. You are expected to hold your focus, keep track of everything, start the dull jobs, meet the deadlines, and still have something left at the end of the day.

When you have ADHD or AuDHD, that expectation lands differently. Some parts of the week come easily. Others take far more out of you than anyone watching would guess. And when nobody is standing over you setting the pace, it can be hard to tell where the real strain is until you are already worn out.
