How Everything Works

Welcome to your coaching space. This is a quick guide to help you find your way around.


Your client portal

When you log in, you will see your account menu down the left side. Here is what each item does:

  • HOME: takes you back to the main account page.
  • My Profile: your account details and personal settings.
  • My Coaching: the main page you will use, with your forms, appointments, and current programme. See below for what is inside.
  • My Forms & Results: any forms and assessments you have completed, with PDF copies you can download or look back at any time.
  • ADHD Toolkit: your library of ADHD assessments, tools, and resources, included with your coaching programme. This is where you’ll find your complimentary Executive Function Skills Strength Profile (I recommend completing this at the start of coaching).
  • Courses: any courses you have access to.
  • Questions, help, feedback: send me a note.
  • Logout: sign out of your account.

Inside My Coaching, you will find:

  • Session Preparation Form at the top of the page. Fill this in before each session. It helps us land straight into the work, instead of spending the first ten minutes getting oriented.
  • Getting Started is where you find the three short forms to complete before your first session (Client Coaching Agreement, Fathom Notetaker Consent, Client Information Form). This section also includes a link back to this guide.
  • Your Appointments is where you manage sessions you have already booked. You can reschedule or cancel from here.
  • Your Coaching Programme is where you book new sessions. It also shows your current package and how many sessions you have left.
  • Ready to continue your coaching? appears towards the end of your current programme. Use this if you want to book another set of sessions.
  • Get in touch is a quick link if you need to send me a note.

Before your first session

In your portal, you will find three short forms to complete before our first session:

  • Client Coaching Agreement: this sets out how we will work together. It takes a few minutes.
  • Fathom Notetaker Consent: I use a note-taking tool during our sessions so we can both stay fully present. You will receive written notes to refer back to afterwards. This form lets me know your preference.
  • Client Information Form: this helps me understand your background, goals, and what matters most to you. Take your time with this one.

Booking sessions

You book your sessions inside My Coaching. Here is how, step by step:

  1. Click the My Coaching tab.
  2. Go to Your Coaching Programme.
  3. Click Schedule (the little calendar icon on the right).
  4. Click the pencil icon on the right to choose your date and time.
  5. Select the day and the times you’d like to book.
  6. Click the tick to the right of the appointment.
  7. Do the same to select other appointments.
  8. Click the green Save button at the bottom of the pop-up box.
  9. You should receive a confirmation email straight away with Zoom links etc.

You do not have to book all your sessions at once, but if you prefer the same day and time each week, I recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred slots.


Before each session

You will receive three reminder emails, each with your Zoom link: one the day before, one on the morning of your session, and one an hour before. The earlier two also include a link to a short Session Preparation Form. This helps us make the most of our time together.


Setting up your space

Pick a quiet spot where you will not be interrupted. A laptop or desktop works best. If you are using your phone, prop it up so you are not holding it for 45 minutes.


During coaching

Sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom. The link is in your reminder emails. If you cannot use Zoom or would prefer a telephone call, just let me know in advance.


Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule through your account page up until 24-hours before your session.

Please try not to cancel on the day itself. Your slot is held for you, and at short notice it is rarely possible to offer it to someone else. If a genuine emergency comes up, email, text, or WhatsApp me and I will see what I can do.


When you finish your current programme

After your final session, I will send you a short questionnaire to reflect on your coaching. It is also a chance to share feedback.

As a thank you, you will receive a complimentary 30-minute follow-up session you can book whenever you are ready.

If you want to carry on, you are welcome to book another programme of sessions. Some clients stay in coaching for six to twelve months when they have a lot to work on. Others come back for support over the years as life changes.
