This page is for employers and other third parties paying for an employee’s ADHD coaching, usually through an Access to Work award.
Thank you for supporting your employee’s coaching. It genuinely makes a difference, and they have taken a positive step in asking for it. Access to Work has approved their programme, and this page makes the payment side quick and simple so their sessions can begin.
The coaching itself is one-to-one on Zoom with me, Linda Fox. I am an ICF-ACC credentialled ADHD Life & Business Coach (CALC) and I have coached adults with ADHD and AuDHD since 2000. Sessions are confidential between me and your employee, which is part of what makes the coaching work. I am always happy to confirm attendance for your records.
Choose the approved programme
Your employee’s Access to Work award letter states the number of funded sessions. Simply choose the matching option below, and everything else is taken care of.
6 Sessions (Evolution, ATW)

12 Sessions (Momentum, ATW)

When paying by card, please use your organisation’s details at checkout. Do not worry about getting every field perfect. I personally match each payment to the right employee before coaching begins, so nothing gets lost.
Prefer to pay by bank transfer (BACS)?
Many organisations prefer to pay against an invoice through their accounts process. That is absolutely fine, and very common with Access to Work funding.
Email linda@theadultadhdcoach.com with:
- Your organisation’s name and billing address
- The name and email of the person the invoice should go to
- The employee’s name and the number of approved sessions (6 or 12)
- Any purchase order number or Access to Work reference you need quoted
I will send a formal invoice with bank details back to you, usually the same working day. Coaching begins as soon as payment has cleared, and your employee and I can get started.
The sponsor agreement
Alongside payment, I ask the sponsoring organisation to read and sign a short agreement covering how the coaching works and how confidentiality is handled. It only takes a few minutes, and it means we all start with the same clear picture: Sponsor Consent Form.
