Clients seek coaching for a variety of reasons. You might suspect you have ADHD but have not been formally diagnosed. Perhaps you have tried to manage on your own without lasting success. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed and need to make changes. You might be neurodivergent and want help building a life around your strengths. Or you are managing well and want to reach the next level with the right support.
Coaching provides structure, strategies and accountability to help you thrive.
No. Some of my clients have a formal diagnosis, some are self-diagnosed, and some are still figuring it out. You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. My skills as a certified ADHD Life Coach allow me to support anyone looking to make positive changes in their life.
No. Medication and coaching do different things. Medication can help with symptoms like focus and impulsivity, while coaching teaches you practical life skills and daily habits, including time management, organisation and productivity.
Coaching works whether you are waiting for a diagnosis, currently on medication, or choosing not to take it.
Yes. While I specialise in ADHD, I also work with people with AuDHD (autism + ADHD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent profiles. My approach is flexible, strengths-based and tailored to you.
Absolutely. Many of my clients are professionals, solopreneurs, founders, freelancers, and business owners who want to do good work without burning out.
Common things we work on include:
- Time management and planning, so your day has structure without rigidity
- Procrastination and task initiation, getting started on the things that matter
- Focus and distractibility, working with your attention rather than fighting it
- Organisation and admin, building systems that actually stick
- Boundaries, saying no, protecting your energy, and knowing when to stop
- Confidence and imposter syndrome, especially for high achievers who feel like they are faking it
- Work-life balance, which for a neurodivergent brain often means energy management rather than time management
- Building an ADHD-friendly way of working that fits your brain, your role, and your life
Whether you are climbing the career ladder, running your own business, or just want work to feel less overwhelming, coaching gives you tailored strategies that actually work.
If your coaching is funded through Access to Work, we can focus specifically on workplace challenges.
It all begins with a free Discovery Session. This is a relaxed conversation to make sure we are a good fit and to explore how coaching can support you.
If we decide to work together, you can choose a six or twelve session package. In our early sessions, we use tools such as an executive function evaluation, a learning and communication style profile, and strengths profiling that are woven into the coaching process. These help us understand how your brain works best, so the strategies we build are tailored to you from the start.
From there, we set clear goals so every session moves you forward. You will build your own personal toolbox of habits, systems, and strategies that fit the way your brain actually works.
You set the agenda based on what matters most to you right now. I listen, ask questions, and we work together on practical strategies. Sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom.
At the end of each session, we agree on things to try between sessions. These are small, practical steps that build on what we discussed. They might be a new routine to test, a strategy to experiment with, or something to notice about how your brain responds in a particular situation.
They are not tasks to get right or wrong. They are experiments. Some will work, some will not, and both are useful. We review how they went at the start of the next session.
You will receive a link to a short preparation form before each session to help you gather your thoughts. It covers what went well since our last session, what you are finding difficult, and what you would like to focus on next.
You do not need to overthink it. A few notes are enough. The form helps me prepare too, so we can make the most of our time together.
On the day, simply log into Zoom at the agreed time, have a drink to hand, and we will take it from there.
Most clients start with weekly sessions, moving to fortnightly as progress builds. The overall process typically spans 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals and needs. The aim is always for you to feel confident continuing on your own.
Yes. A quick email with a win or a question is always welcome. If something needs a longer conversation, we’ll pick it up in our next session.
Once you have purchased a coaching programme, you will have access to an online booking calendar where you can choose times that suit you. The system sends reminder emails and allows rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. My working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm (London time).
Coaching is paid securely in advance through Stripe. You can pay from your Client Account or the Services page.
The ADHD Toolkit Membership is billed monthly and managed automatically.
If your coaching is funded by your employer or another third party, we can also handle payment via Stripe or BACS invoice.
Gift vouchers are coming soon, so family members or partners can buy coaching for someone they care about.
Yes, I provide ADHD job coaching through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme, though availability varies. If you are self-employed, coaching may also be a legitimate business expense, which means you can start straight away.
Yes. I work with English-speaking clients worldwide, including the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Because I offer online ADHD coaching via Zoom, location is not a barrier. We simply need to align our time zones.
My booking system automatically shows both UK time and your local time, making scheduling straightforward. Over the years, I have supported many international clients, including expats, digital nomads, professionals, entrepreneurs, and military personnel stationed overseas.
All of my coaching packages are the same for UK and international clients. Sessions are delivered via Zoom, and payments are handled securely through Stripe. The system accepts multiple currencies, and most clients simply pay in their local currency with Stripe handling the conversion automatically.
Yes. As part of my commitment to delivering a high-quality coaching experience, I use a tool called Fathom Notetaker during Zoom sessions. Fathom is an AI-powered assistant that records our Zoom coaching calls, transcribes them and provides us with a short PDF summary of key points and agreed actions. It means we can stay in flow without interruption.
A few things worth knowing:
- Fathom is GDPR-compliant and securely stores your data
- Only I can access the summaries and recordings
- You can request a copy or deletion of your recordings at any time
- Your email address is not shared with Fathom
- Fathom only sees the display name you use in Zoom. If you prefer, you can change that to something more private
- The session summaries are reviewed and lightly edited by me before being sent directly to you from my own email address, not by Fathom itself
Use of Fathom is entirely optional, and your coaching experience will not be affected if you choose not to use it. You will see the Fathom notetaker when you join the Zoom session, so you know when it is active. You are free to change your preference at any time, and you can ask me to switch it off for any individual session if you prefer.
Recording retention policy. All session recordings are reviewed, summarised and then permanently deleted on a monthly basis. If you ever wish to request early deletion of a specific recording, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Yes, I sometimes use AI tools to support the background elements of my business, particularly admin, communication and refining content. For example, I may use AI to help refine written materials (like emails or resources), refresh the branding of coaching handouts I have developed over 26+ years, generate ideas for blog posts, or summarise session notes using an AI notetaker, always with your knowledge and consent.
I use these tools thoughtfully and ethically to support accessibility and reduce admin time, especially as someone with dyslexia and dyscalculia. They do not influence coaching content or decision-making in any way.
The coaching relationship itself is entirely human-led. I use AI only where it helps me maintain a high standard of communication and care behind the scenes. My approach aligns with the ICF Code of Ethics and the ICF AI Coaching Standards and Practical Guide (2025), which emphasise transparency, client trust and responsible technology use.
Yes. Everything you share in coaching is private. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and fully comply with GDPR. Your information is encrypted and securely stored.
